It’s real, and really important. In our efficiency-obsessed world, everything we do has become a means to an end. Go for a swim or a drive, get on the swings and get pumping, or do something else you truly enjoy -- just because.

Tomorrow's challenge: Take a hike. Stop back tomorrow to pledge!

Yesterday's challenge: Pet a pup.

Very well-said Linda. Children learn more by example than by your words. Not everything can (or should!) be planned because life is full of unexpected changes. At any age, we have to be prepared to accept those changes & make the best of them.

While this is important for everyone, it's really important if children are watching what you do. They need to see their grown-ups doing things that don't appear in any day-planner or on the fridge calendar. While being organized is good, living is even better!!
