I am truly excited today!  After talking myself out of, and putting off, starting the 28 day Action Plan, I am starting tomorrow!  I want to thank all the people who commented on my post, you gave me exactly what I asked for...Motivation! 

 

I was up bright and early (because unfortunately, my body doesn't like to stay asleep past 7:30) and ready to head to the store by 8:30.  I love grocery shopping in the morning before all the crowds come out, it's very relaxing for me.  I have my ingredents for the recipes I decided to try this week (until at least Wednesday)  and I am ready for my cooking day!

 

I am super excited to try the Almond Ginger soup, because I have heard such good things about it.  Tomorrow I will eat it according to the recipe, and then I will add some curry powder as Michelle Vallabhanath recommended (Thanks for the tip!).  And I am also going to try the cold Soba-Noodle salad for lunch tomorrow!  And after my 100% buckwheat noodle search (there are so many kinds with different gluten wheat's) it will make it all the better!

 

So thanks again, and here I go!!
