That's the bad news. The good news is that I'm making several friends here. Being new to the cyber community world, I'm not sure I'm posting in the right places, answering on the correct comments etc, but I appreciate all of the reaching out and encouraging.
So yesterday, I went to mall instead of taking a walk (does carrying heavy bags for my teenage daughter count as exercise?) and we ate subs instead of going to the grocery store to get "juice" items. Help! Could I have had a worse start? As I type, I sip hot water and lemon and will soon make my smoothie: my ingredients are bananas and berries and green tea. I'm lucky, I already limit caffeine, only drink teas, stock rice and almond milk, am not picky about taste and live next to a farmer for all of my produce. But! After confidently posting yesterday that this juice thing would be easy, I found the recipes and the shopping list on this site and realized it's all about the juicer! Which I don't have! Oh well...I'll make due.
Meanwhile, I WILL do yoga today. No question. But that walk....I don't know. Still working on the "just do it" thing.

Try mall walking! Seriously -- I work at a mall and SO MANY people come early to walk. The info desk at our mall even has a map showing one- and two-mile routes through the mall. Maybe yours does, too? Because the hardest thing for me is going out in the cold and snow...
You with walking is me with yoga -- but I am making a commitment to do it every day during the detox, becuase, hey, I can do anything for 4 days, right?! Good luck!

I also don't have a juicer, but a food processor should work somewhat comparably :)
