I'm hungry all day thanks to overeating on the holidays!

But I am ready for this -- am looking forward to it .. went to the gym today and started off with a smoothie. Had a very good and sensible lunch.. but then added gruyere cheese to my afternoon snack ( Bosc pear).. that was bad!

Ok.. I can do this- need to lose 20lbs!

Your funny Stephanie, I wish I lived near you to take my dogs on walks with you. You know the whole exercise thing I need to get back into, I use to be a little crazy about it and now not so much. Love the cheese and pear one of my favorites but I don't think it was so good at this time. Hee, hee it would have gone well with my sips of white wine I had last night. (I know I couldn't help it when my husband tells me how good it was ~ I only took about 4 sips then felt so bad)
