My boyfriend and I are doing the detox together and we have decided to jump right into the Detox Phase instead of easing into it. I'm planning to go until this Friday, January 8th depending on how I feel.

It's 6pm my time and so far I feel a little sluggish and hungry. I'm a coffee addict and not having my friend in the morning was really tough. So I opted for decaf Acai Berry tea with a little agave syrup. I had a large mango-peach protein smoothie this morning, lunch was broiled chicken breast w/ romaine lettuce and a olive oil/lemon juice dressing. I'm a little confused on whether a mid-morning and mid-day detox approved snack is ok. But I did have an apple w/ 1 tb of Almond butter for a snack. I generally eat every 3 hours and would like to keep that up. And I am contemplating broccoli / zuccini soup for tonight's dinner.

I don't really feel like there is a complete plan or step-by-step plan anywhere and find myself wanting more recipes. I have a lot of questions, such as: why wouldn't peanuts and peanut butter be on the approved list. and Can I have a snack? Can I cook veggies in chicken broth and blend them for dinner? If any alumni or official person involved is reading this,,,, can you help?
