C'mon folks- we can do this! What if we submit ideas for challenges for each other? Is anyone game? Mine would be- this week: eliminate one annoying habit you have (or at least start eliminating it).

I'd like to keep going as well. I'm still doing pretty well on the diet & exercise. I'm getting a bit lazy with the meal prep, though, so I'm not eating enough. Could use some motivation for sure!!
