Hi there! I´m subscribed to start the whole body action plan, from the friendly land of Argentina.
One thing I realized, that I´ll probably get an easier kick off, since it´s summer down here, and the first week seems to be all about fluids.
It´s a little hard to find all of the ingredients mentioned in the "food to include" list (i.e. dairy substitutes). But I packed my countertop with quinoa, millet, seeds, nuts and canned tuna, for starting!
My boyfriend and I were supposed to star this together, but our relationship isn´t going so well, so I know this plan will keep me focus on myself, to build a better me, and that will certainly help me overcome watherver happens with the relationship.
Let´s toss all the toxics from our lives, our refrigerators, our beds, our bodies, and daily agenda... DETOX inside and out.
I´m sure nothing wrong can come out from this healthy premise!
