Hey 28-Day Challengers!
Feeling confused? Doubtful about taking this thing on? Don't be. Tomorrow morning, 1/4, on Hallmark, I'll be on Martha's show (see the preview) to talk about the Action Plan: What it is, why we're doing it, and most importantly, how. Deputy Food editor Shira Bocar will whip up some detox-friendly meals, and I'll answer questions from the audience, too. This should be fun, don't forget. This is about changing the way you eat, yes, but also changing the way you feel--and trust me, it's worth hanging in there. I'm popping on here as much as I can to answer questions, as will our experts. But the key here is not panicking, not punishing, and keeping an open, curious mind about all of this.
