One of the great pleasures of my recent trip to Napa Valley for our live remote broadcast for Martha Stewart Living Radio at the Napa Valley Mustard Festival was my second annual visit to The Spa at Auberge du Soleil. It really doesn't get more luxurious than this.

My radio producer Jen Sendrow and I did the full-on 2-hour mustard bath extravaganza. And Jen booked us a couple--and when you see the picture of the bath tub, you'll see why this is humorous. Also, strangely, there was not another soul in the joint, so Jen and I had the run of the place.

We started with a steam, then a plunge into the cold pool which, as traditional Swedish bath practice dictates, is good for your health. Crazy Swedes. Jen begged off, so she could "document" it.

Check out the full blog post here (as well as other great posts fr the Napa Valley), PLUS my awkward cold plunge, caught on video.

I'd love to tell you about the massage, but I was unconscious through most of it. It was that good.

Thanks Auberge!
