Could we have another 28 day action plan? This has been so good for me! My teen and I made kale chips today. We made and ate two batches, and she asked me to make another batch for her to take to school tomorrow. I'm quite sure I would never have tried kale, and certainly not kale chips, if it weren't for Whole Living. Keep up the good work!

Salt. I know, it's a bad thing, but it offset the strong cabbage-y taste. I found that I really liked them best warm from the oven. When they cooled they were less appealing. Dehydrating them made them easy to crumble and put in soups, and I liked it that way, as little crumbles rather than large leaves. It needs strong couterpoints in taste, I think.

Tell me your secrets for the kale chips... I made some last week and didn't like them at all! I totally agree though, I wouldn't have even given them a thought if not for Whole Living. Maybe there could be an Action Plan a few times a year? Every season?
Like someone else mentioned, I think I'm going to repeat it with a few modifications - I've made some huge changes, but just like everything, the more you repeat something, the more you learn from it...:)
