Greet this week with a heart-pumping run, a yoga session, or a walk with a friend. If you’re regularly exercising, ramp up your workout today by tacking on 10 minutes. If you’ve been avoiding your sneakers or yoga mat, make it a priority to get back on the horse (or stationary bike), and remember how good it feels to break a sweat.

So true!! Perhaps not the best day for an outdoor workout. I'm breaking my sweat (kinda) in the pool today at the gym! Keep cool, everyone :)

With the humidity breaking 100 here in New England, you only need to walk outside to start breaking a sweat, haha.
