Give the oven and the microwave a rest today. Sure, you can eat your veggies boiled, raw, or steamed, but few vegetables are as delicious -- and as fun! -- as those prepared over an outdoor grill. Top your burger with grilled peppers and zucchini, string up a vegetable kebab, or enjoy an ear of corn on the cob.
