Sounds fabulous! No time yesterday but I'm doubling up on my pledges. Today I'll pamper my nails while sipping chamomile tea. Lovely...

Here I am with the day late post; needless to say, I didn't have any time yesterday to pamper my nails. I did however buy some of that extra thick hand cream from Restoration Hardware - it is wonderful. My nails have never really been pampered - I am working hard to keep my hands moisturized.

As I type this, I have a bandaid covering my left thumb, as the nail is splitting on the side in the middle of the nail. My toenails...let's not even go there with them! And due to the dry winter weather, my skin gets drier than ever, and all sorts of paper cuts and other yuckies magically appear. I need to take the time to give my nails and my skin some TLC. Let the pampering begin!

I need to do this! My hands and nails look awful ! Being a mom means I wash my hand ALL THE TIME , so they get really dry and my nails start to split. I am with Sandra....I might even paint mine too!

I never give much thought to my hands and nails, but I probably should. They are always getting banged up somehow. At any given time, I have a bandaid on at least one finger. LOL! I'm going to pamper my hands tonight with some thick cream, and maybe wear some gloves to allow it to really soak in. Maybe, just maybe, I will paint them :-)

I try to do this once a week: bubble bath (I put Pandora.com onto "heart meditations" radio, light a candle and relax in the bubbles), deep hair conditioning, and mani/pedi. It's so nice.

I don't pamper my nails nearly as much as I used to. Far too many hang nails these days :( More moisture is a must!

The weather outside is (fill in the blank for your neck of the woods). Wash, moisturize, and cover. IN the morning your hands and nails will love you!
