Organizing Information for the 4 Week Challenge

I am finding it difficult to make user-friendly copies of "The Plan." I would say that I am pretty internet-user / word processing savvy, but it seems difficult to download and print the plan, the recipes, etc. Has anyone found a one-stop page that helps to organize this information...I would like to see something like a Table of Contents (kind of the beginning, middle and end of the program) and then nice content pages so that I can follow the plan. I copied as much as I could, but found that the going back and forth was cumbersome...and had trouble copying and pasting the recipes on my PC. I was able to print them, but not able to copy and paste onto a document for saving. Also, do you know if the "juicing" Body + Soul magazine is on stands. You can't tell from the home page what month this issue is out.

Michelle, I was able to find that page and I do thank you...it was the downloading of all the individual pieces in order to have "the whole" program that I found difficult. I bought the magazine today and it looks more or less like they have just put the magazine format on line....so, it's fragmented and appears to have part of the 28 day program, but it's not clear that they have put the whole 28 day plan in either place....Thanks again for taking time to reply, nevertheless.
