I knew I wouldn't be ready today. I had a very dissapointing shopping trip in freezing weather on Saturday with my two children in tow. Not the right health food store for this detox. And a sick husband that needed some TLC yesterday. The thing is, there is more to the plan than just the food every week. I have been thinking of my approach to food (Why did I have to have a piece of pizza tonight??). Finding out those patterns and changing them is one of the draws to this plan. Meditation is another practice which at one time in my life was a very good one as well as being greatful. There are a lot of reasons for me not to throw in the towel just b/c I didn't have any mango's today!! It was also very comforting to see the people posting are not too far from where I am coming from. I am looking fwd. to following a plan but like I said...food is just a small part.
