I have always been a bit afraid of working with yeast. To be honest, it gives me the creepy crawlies, especially the name ‘dry ACTIVE yeast’. It sounds like some kind of infestation that you do not want to mess with. Anytime that I am reviewing a recipe and it has yeast in it, I generally toss it aside and try to find something else. Having overcome my fear of making a pie from scratch – I thought I should venture on to yeast.
First, I decided to make my own pizza crust based on a recipe that I got from Whole Living magazine.
