Since moving to my new home in a new town, I have been struggling to find a fitness routine. I thought once we moved I would buy a treadmill to help me along with workouts or walk diligently each day on my lunch break. Yoga is by far the best fitness routine for me. I have two toddlers so I can so relate to your comment about feeling like chasing your son is your workout...it does often feel that way. For me, yoga keeps me calm, centered, and it keeps my anxiety at bay. YogaGlo is a great site as well. For a small fee each month you can stream their classes to your computer or TV. The classes and instructors are great. I try to fit in at least 30 minutes a night of yoga several nights a week. It's not always feasible but I try!
I too want to start running. I posted a blog about it several weeks ago and received some wonderful tips from other members about getting started. Good luck to you!
