An hour (or more) before bedtime, put down the to-do lists, planning, and problem solving. Try this bedtime relaxation exercise for faster, deeper sleep: Inhale through your nose for four counts, hold for seven counts, exhale through your mouth for eight counts, and repeat. So sorry for the mix-up, everyone! Thanks for letting us know. Hope you all had relaxing, "unplugged" weekends. (And maybe a cupcake, too!)

I agree. cupcakes? maybe if it was to NOT Eat a Cupcake. or skip the sprinkles cause they are just sugar.

How does one unplug a cupcake? I'm willing to try if I could get the methodology explained more clearly. I don't think inhaling it through my nose in four breaths would work very well - although I can see where the unplugging would be involved there.

Are cupcakes part of the Whole Life Action Plan? I'd love to know who got the "unplug" poll when they were expecting to choose their favourite cupcake!

While I do regularly unplug before bedtime, I think I should mention that the poll in this post doesn't seem to match the subject. :)
