Take a family bike ride, or a post-dinner walk around the block. If you can, get everyone in the house involved -- maybe even extended family. Get more ideas in Whole Living's fitness section, or at WGCU's Get Up, Get Out, Get Active website.

I have been trying to get myself moving since I have gone back to school, but it seems that I spend alot of time in front of the computer and not enough time outside, which I love!
