Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned. ~Peter Marshall

I have arrived to the eve of my cleanse. I am pleasantly excited and looking forward to how good I will feel. I have decided not to do the preassessment for my strength and fitness, I know I am weak and deconditioned, instead I may try them at the end of the month- just for fun.

My mantra will be small changes, and taking each day as it comes. There is no room for compulsion and I will treat myself kindly and with tenderness. I will be organized and prepared thus setting myself up for success and the joy that comes with modest accomplishment.

So, I'm off to the store, list in hand and a smile on my face.
