I created a chicken sandwich for myself yesterday: there was leftover garlic herb roasted chicken in the fridge. I added fresh-from the-garden basil, diced tomato, mozzarella cheese on country white bread. I toasted the bread, then piled the ingredients onto one slice of bread, turned on the oven and heated the lot up until the cheese was melted. Meanwhile, I spread mayo and mixed spring greens on the other slice of bread. I united the 2 pieces, and had the best, fresh chicken sandwich ever!
