Trying to think up some good food and snacks for Super Bowl Sunday... without going overboard.  Anybody have any ideas, recipes or suggestions?

Perfect, Amanda!  Thanks so much for the link!  Love all the dips and hummus.  And, ooooooo, sweet potato baked fries.

Love the fruit kebab ideas!  Here are a few of Whole Living's "healthier" football-food makeovers. In my opinion, no party is complete without guacamole! (and veggies to dip, of course :)

Maybe I'll finally have to try the roasted spiced chickpeas... thanks for reminding me!  And, yes!  It would be a lot of fun to make fruit kebabs!  Great idea.

Did you ever try those roasted spiced chickpeas? Seems like they'd be perfect for munching. Also kale chips (my kids don't like them, but I find 'em addictive). And I often make fruit kebabs for parties—healthy stuff always tastes better on a stick. Have fun!
