I made some almond butter last night in the ol' food processor (for my upcoming Energy Smoothie) and planned on writing about how almonds are practically the only thing you can eat during this detox and store-bought almond butter is too expensive and I only needed a little bit not a whole jar but... every time I look at this picture, it looks like a small container of poo and I can't think of anything else.

Haha, maybe you should store it in a jar that's not see-through! Good idea, though, to just make a little bit instead of buying a whole thing! Almond butter is a nice change, but I agree I (or at least my wallet) will be happier when I can switch back to good ol' PB&J.

LOL, I commend your efforts to make your own almond butter. The store bought kind does look a little better in the jar. Good luck!
