The Negative Impact of a Fast Food Diet

In 2004, Morgan Spurlock decided we should be shown just how unhealthy our diets can be.

It may not be surprising to find that his results were pretty disastrous for his body. The surprising effects, however, came from his attempt at reversing the effects. It took over a year, on a vegan diet, to completely reverse what this diet did to his body.

On the whole, however, a better diet would consist of a mostly fruits and vegetables, some low fat meats and dairy – fish and chicken are the best choices for meat, but beef and pork can be good treats as long as they are not the dominant food item – minimal grain, and as little sugars and processed foods was possible.
