Ok...I was practicing the smoothies and I have to say that the energy one is the best one so far. I would like to know though...how are we supposed to function on just liquid during the day and night. I have done the smoothie at night and I woke up at 3 am starving! I also tried to do it this evening and I had to succumb to some ravoli that the rest of my family was eating. It is really hard to just drink you dinner while everyone else is eating. I would like to hear what everyone else is thinking.

That sounds like a great idea. I was feeling so deprived. I have some fruit and veggies already so I will just have to start eating those. I thought we weren't allowed anything for snacks during these first few days. Blueberry...here I come!

I plan on getting some berries, and veggies, to get me through the day! You can have little snacks as long as they are on the eat list. You don't want to be starving yourself, because in the long run that is worse for your body; you will end up storing more fat! I was thinking of getting some almond butter and celery for a snack in between my lunch and dinner. Also, dried fruits such as prunes, or fruit cups if you can find them with no sugar added!! You could also try mashing up some semi frozen fruits of you are feeling something creamy, like to replace your ice cream!
