Missing coffee and sweet treats after dinner... But I went for a walk in the neighbourhood and loved it.
This week my daughter is on vacation with my sister and her cousins, so this is the first time in 4 years, that I could enjoy a 40 min. walk by myself. As a single mom, it´s so tough to find the time to exersice... I remember the first time I tried a ballet workout dvd at home, I had my daugther sitting on my face while I was trying to complete the sit-ups section.
Anyway, It´s been a little hard to choose fruits and vegs for snack, and dish all the bread and flour options for these meals.
Today I had 2 coffees... but I stick to the foods to include list (except for the coffee...)
I stepped on the scale again, and found the veredict: 155 lbs. I guess, even with a few "adjustments" my body is liking this new way of nourishing.. hehe
I will stick to my millet-zucchini-spinach-onions dinner, while I try to have "the" conversation with my boyfriend, that could lead to another new chapter in my relationship arena (different; not good, not bad)
