I had a good week 2 and am so excited about this program because I feel better and feel like I am finally taking the steps to do something good for me. I am exercising daily and really loved the breathing exercises because now when I get stressed or overwelmed I just tell myself to breathe and take a minute timeout. I am exercising daily and feel so much more confident in my ability to balance my meals and my life. I was never much of a breakfast person, but am starting to enjoy smoothies or oatmeal in the morning to get the day going and fight off the low energy of the work day. Afternoons I snack on healthy snacks that I bring to work so that I don't run to the vending maching. I am brown bagging my lunch and planning my meals in advance so that I stick to portion control and have a balanced meal. Dinners I enjoy healthy veggies with flavors of salsa or other low calorie seasonings to keep meals healthy but exciting. This week is further improving my life plan and I truly love all the new tips and recipes.
