I am feeling great during this Whole Body Plan detox. I am vegetarian, so I am used to eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, but I love learning new recipes and how to add a little zest to my daily diet. The detox is a little tough because I am not used to eating small meals and with work, I get super busy and don't really have the time to settle down for a meal. I really love the smoothie recipes and it is helping me focus on what I eat and how to take care of myself. I spend so much time taking care of others, or stressing about work that many times I forget to take care of me, so this Whole Body Plan is a great escape and it is definitely a new feeling to focus on balancing my life and a plan that is all about me. I did well on the fitness tests, so right now this plan is just about me learning to eat healthy and take care of myself to feel the best I can everyday.
