I learned three useful things today. First, if it is -20 degrees with the windchill, it's a good idea to wear a hat and gloves if you'll be walking outside. Second, it really is important to read the ingredients list on every food you buy. The primary ingredient in potato bread is wheat flour? What? Lastly, it is very helpful to put healthy foods where you'll see them the most frequently, and hide (for lack of a better word) the unhealthy food. Tonight, while I was making my lunch for tomorrow, I was looking for another snack to bring. And what did I find? Grape tomatoes! Why? Because they were right there, in front of my face, saying, "Eat me! Eat me!". I'm sure if it had been a cupcake front and center, I would have done the same thing. Ha ha brain. Fooled you this time! And I've almost totally forgotten about all the junk food I hid in the cabinet above the refrigerator.
I've decided since I want to give this program everything I've got, that I would share with you all my dirty secrets...at least when it comes to my health and exercise abilities. Did you really think I would tell you all about the steamy affair I had in Cancun with my daughter's kindergarten teacher? Think again!

(No, I'm not pregnant)
And, finally, my goals:
Lose 13 lbs (weigh 144 lbs) in 3 months
Lose 6" from waist
Lose 3" from hips
If I achieve these goals, not only will I be well within my ideal weight range, but I'll have the same measurements as the hot shawty from the Nelly song "Ride Wit Me". As long as my boobs don't shrink, which is a possibilty. But I wouldn't be squash-shaped anymore. Definately a bonus.
That's all for tonight kiddos.
